When the next prez is in, my money is on ammo restrictions. No new news there, but the split is whether they cut firearm ammo or lead projectiles or both.
I look to jolly old England for guidance. They got shut down hard on firearms, and now have to pinch a kidney to pay for a castrated air arm. On a balance of sorts, they seem to lean toward high end guns. (Way to go, Brit Guv, you just got yourself a nation of SERIOUS marksmen...and women) Watch what they're doing, and mimic. If the US puts a crimp on shooting, air weps will likely jump in price.
I am on perma-wait for a Benjamin Discovery from Pyramydair.
About the lead thing....Pellets are muy cheap if you buy right, and an airgun will do fine for covering the spread from critters.
